Vendor Application
The first ever alternative bridal show will take place in the trendy lower junction neighbourhood on Sterling road in Toronto. The event will run Saturday and Sunday, March 13th and 14th from 10 - 6 PM
This is a unique opportunity to connect with highly motivated wedding shoppers who will be excited to feel welcomed and supported in their lifestyle and particular wedding needs.
WHO SHOULD APPLY -
We are looking for vendors in the wedding space who are happy catering to folks who may identify with an alternative lifestyle. That includes, members of the 2SLGBTQI+ community, folks who may be planning a smaller wedding, or a non traditional wedding, people with disabilities or anyone who may want to approach their wedding in a way that is outside of the usual mold.

If you fit into any of these categories or think you might have a related offering please fill in the application below. We are looking for thoughtful, high quality vendors who are committed to exceptional customers service and interpersonal engagement. Applications will be juried.
Physical items like garments and jewellery are required to be handmade.
Booth space - 6ft by 4ft.
Booth cost - $450 plus HST
APPLICATION DEADLINE: November 15th 2026
You will receive your confirmation of acceptance by December 15th at the latest.
You may set up your booth however you want within your allotted space but you may not affix anything to the walls without previous discussion. The space is well lit and has high ceilings. The event will take place at TCE on Sterling. Which is accessible and has easy access to load in and out.
You must provide your own tables, chairs, and any other booth accoutrements you require.
This event will be ticketed (cost for attendees will be under $10) and we will manage attendees based on time slots to keep the venue from getting over capacity.
Marketing - we will be marketing the event online and in other appropriate Toronto publications, we are also planning to reach out for partnerships with aligned organizations. We are committed to reaching as wide an audience of wedding shoppers as possible and will be highly proactive in bringing in guests. Our goal is to have 700 to 1000 guests through the event over the weekend.
We will also ask our vendors to do their best to connect with their audience as much as possible to share news about the event via social media and any other methods they have access to.
